What do you charge for standard shipping? 

Shipping charges are not included in our pricing. Please place your order in the Shopping Cart and click on shipping estimate to view shipping charges..

When will I receive my merchandise?  

Camera Solutions makes every effort to get your order to you as soon as possible. Orders for in-stock items placed on business days before, generally ships twith in 24 to 72hr ,(subject to verification, click here for details). Please note weekend orders, placed on Fridays after 10:00 AM PT will be processed on the following Monday. If there is a problem with your order, you will receive an e-mail within 48 hr to advise you about the situation

Do you require delivery signature?

A signature is required for most UPS and USPS shipments upon receipt. Someone must be at the address to receive the package and sign for it. Packages cannot be rerouted. If you require additional help to receive your package, please contact us.

Do you ship internationally?  

No, we don’t ship internationally at this time.

Can I expedite shipping?  

There are generally options that allow for expedited shipping that are displayed at checkout, at an additional cost, subject to terms and conditions of inventory etc... Orders for in-stock items placed on business days before 10:00 AM (PacificTime) are typically shipped with in 48hr (subject to verification, click here for details). Please note weekend orders, placed on Fridays after 10:00 Am PT will be processed on the following Monday.  Standard Shipping 3-7 Business Days • UPS 3 Business Days  • USPS Priority Mail.  Sorry,  shipping is not available  to, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, or military APO/FPO addresses.

Do you offer tracking number on my order?

Once an order has shipped out, we will send you an e-mail with the tracking number. Just click on the link and it will take you to the carrier's website. You can also track your order by click here and: • Enter the Camera Solutions Order number as well as the billing zip code or email address associated with the order. OR • If you have a Camera Solutions account, simply log into your account using your e-mail address and password, then click on your order number in your order history. The tracking number will appear under the Status & Tracking column. If you click on the link, it will take you to the tracking information for your order
