Nikon 35-105mm f/3.5-4.5 Zoom-NIKKOR Macro AI-S Manual Lens (USED)

Versatile All-In-One Zoom for Classic Film and Modern Mirrorless Systems

The Nikon 35-105mm f/3.5-4.5 Zoom-NIKKOR Macro AI-S is a highly versatile, compact standard-to-telephoto zoom lens built during the pinnacle of Nikon's manual-focus era. Covering everything from wide-angle street scenes to tight portraits and close-up macro photography, this lens is an ideal choice for analog film enthusiasts, students, and digital mirrorless shooters who appreciate tactile, mechanical precision. Its flexible focal range eliminates the need for frequent lens changes, making it a perfect walk-around companion for travel, documentary, and everyday photography.

Renowned NIKKOR Optics with Integrated Macro Functionality

Featuring classic NIKKOR multi-coated glass, this lens delivers excellent contrast, rich color rendition, and minimal flare across its entire zoom range. A standout feature is its dedicated macro mode, easily engaged at the 35mm setting via a mechanical lock button, allowing for a close-focusing distance of just 10.6 inches (0.27m) for striking close-up details. The classic push-pull design combines zooming and focusing into a single, intuitive motion, allowing photographers to react instantly to changing compositions without losing focus.

Rugged All-Metal Construction Built to Last

Embodying the legendary build quality of classic AI-S optics, this lens features a robust, all-metal barrel that stands up to the rigors of daily field use. The aperture ring clicks cleanly into place, while the dampened focus mechanism offers smooth, predictable resistance for critical focus adjustments. As an AI-S lens, it provides precise mechanical linear aperture control, ensuring native compatibility with classic Nikon SLRs (like the FM2, FE2, or F3) and effortless adaptation to modern full-frame mirrorless camera bodies via simple mechanical adapters.
