The Tamron 35mm f/1.8 Di VC USD SP Series Lens for Canon EF is a wide-angle prime lens designed for full frame digital SLRS. When paired with an APS-C camera it offers a focal length of 56mm. The maximum 1.8 aperture and Vibration Compensation Image Stabilization make this lens ideal for sharper, indoor handheld shots with two aspherical elements to combat color fringing and chromatic aberrations. The Tamron 35mm f/1.8 also has excellent macro capabilities with a minimum focusing distance of 7.9 inches and selective manual focus as well as an Ultrasonic Silent Drive motor for fast and quiet autofocus.
