Made for comfort, speed, stealth, and versatility, the Cotton Carrier SLINGBELT 1-Camera Carrying System is a great addition to your kit for carrying cameras, lenses, binoculars, and extra gear. This version of the SLINGBELT is designed for a single DSLR, mirrorless, or compact camera with a lens attached. Cotton Carrier offers a variety of accessories that are compatible with this carrying system for other gear.

The belt has a unisex design and fit waists up to 54". The wide belt and landing area for the camera help distribute the weight on your hips for all-day wear. An anodized aluminum mounting hub attaches to your camera's tripod mount. The hub is inserted into the SLINGBELT via a quiet twist and lock system that secures your gear on your hip and can't fall off or be pulled off unless you want it to. The mounting hub is also equipped with its own 1/4"-20 socket, so you can still use a tripod or monopod without having to remove the hub, saving time and effort. For extra gear security, a SLING TETHER is provided that runs cross-body and attaches to your camera's strap ring, so you'll be able to use your camera naturally with the safety of a tether to protect against drops or theives. For added convenience, a rain cover is included to protect your valuable gear if the weather takes a turn.

Perfect
I do most of my photography in the woods, on uneven ground, regularity hopping over streams, rocks, and roots. I’ve tried all sorts of systems, but they either swung wildly or cinched down so tightly that I couldn’t get my camera up fast enough. This is perfect. It has a strap, just in case, but it doesn’t impede me. Pulling the camera out of the holster is fast and easy. I had been using the side holster attached to my belt, but this is easier and more comfortable.

Superior replacement for sling style straps
I used to use a sling style strap to carry a full sized dslr with a Tamron 18-400 as my "walking around" rig on vacations and whenever I thought I might see something interesting while I was out and about . Strap over left shoulder, camera on right hip. The Slingbelt is so much superior it's hardly a comparison. The camera stays exactly where I want it on my hip, it doesn't bounce or swing, it's quick and easy to get to and I hardly notice it's there. The lens bucket system integrates with the belt seamlessly as well. I will never go back to using any kind of strap to carry the camera.

Excellent Product
I was a little skeptical when I bought this belt system. I was a little concerned about what appeared to be the plastic holder on the holster. Having thousands of dollars worth of gear fall to the ground would be terrible. My fears were gone once I opened the package. It is clearly very strong and durable. It does take a bit getting used to putting the camera in the the holster. After a hour or so on a shoot it felt very comfortable and could easily grab the camera and put it back quickly. Once the camera is in the holster it is secure. I’m very pleased with this product and will now buy more Cotton Carrier products.

Love It!
I was looking for a way to carry my camera that took the pressure off my neck and shoulders and allowed me to be hands free.to carry a walking stick or leash when our dog is in tow.. This is the ticket. The camera is secure and the bucket for the extra lens gives me extra flexibility when doing photos.
I am thrilled with this product.
