- Much betterGreat Lens. Much better than the 1st generation of this lens. The weather sealing alone was worth the upgrade. Better and slightly faster focusing.
- Great lensThis is my 2nd Tamron lens and I love it. I bought it for taking shots of birds, etc and the solar eclipse. The price was right and I love the reach on it. Yes it is heavy, but not much more than my Canon 100-400 or 70-200 II (my go to lens).
