  1. An excellent bag for a specific set of use cases!
    Quality

I own way too many peak design products. There's the old 15-inch messenger, the travel bag, the straps, capture clips, clutch, etc. For me, this bag serves a particular case in my life. For one, I can use it as a day bag when I want to throw some edc items + water in a smallish bag and go out. Where the bag really shines, though, is when I want to take a few primes or a zoom+prime into an urban environment. Ipad pro in the sleeve, camera clipped to the capture clip on the exterior clip mount, and 1-2 other lenses inside the bag is basically my street photography carry. When I'm really trying to be light and mobile, it's clutch + nikon Z body with a prime attached to the exterior and a lens + snacks + water on the inside. Great stuff. Cons include the strap sometimes feeling like it lacks adequate padding, the capture clip attachment points being a little too large in my opinion, and the height of the bag necessitating shorter bottles for water. All of these can be worked around, though, and so this bag is still a go-to for specific cases :)
  2. Comfortable and practical
    Quality

Like many people, I have tried bag after bag in search of the one that's just right. The 6L sling is the best so far. It just works for a small full frame A7Rx day trip, and is perfect for my normal fuji body plus 3 lens set. The strength of this bag is it's comfort and speed of access. Capture clip integration is also well thought through. In a city environment, it is easy to secure, by swinging round to wear in front. The only potential improvements might be a better space for a phone, and a water bottle holder (could also help as the tripod straps don't quite work for tabletop / ultra compact tripods). Well done Peak Design!
  3. Everyday Sling 10L and 6L
    Quality

Initially I got the Sling 10L to accommodate a Sony APS-C camera system. I have managed to fit 2- A6000 series bodies, 3 fast primes and the 16-55mm F2.8 zoom. This is along with an external mic, Expodisc, memory card wallet and 8 extra batteries. Amazing that will all fit in such a slim package. I also got wide Velcro straps so I could utilize the Peak Capture Clip attachment points at both ends of the bag. I use them so I can attach belt pouches when I need to add a flash unit, or a water bottle holder. The instant adjust shoulder strap is great too, just like the instant strap adjuster on their camera straps. I ended up also getting the Sling 6L for when I only need to carry 1-A6000 series body with a couple of lenses, a couple of extra batteries, Expodisc, and maybe a flash unit. The zip closed interior compartment inside the main compartment is useful with the 4 pockets that are inside. I use all of them to hold extra camera batteries. The other 4 extra batteries that I usually carry are in nylon battery holder that I stow in the outside zippered front compartment. I had been using messenger style bags, but was starting to have back problems. I love the way these slings will comfortably lay on my back, when the bags are slung behind me. I love how this package is kept so slim, as this makes it easier to navigate thru crowds. I really like the ash color, but I ended up going the safe route and went for the professional black look for both bags.
  4. Fantastic bag!
    Quality

I own many PD products and this one doesn't disappoint. Brilliantly made with lots of nice little touches. A few nits: I find the shape of the interior a little odd and it make it's hard for me to plan some load outs. Second, the front pocket is a bit tight and hard to get into. Third, I wish there were some more organization for non-photo objects. Anyway, the main point is that everything PD touches is awesome and this is no exception. A great bag.
  5. Everyday sling 6L
    Quality

I bought the 6L bag to replace my 5L bag which was getting cramped. It’s much the same - high quality, versatile, well made, but the best new feature are the straps on the bottom, which I use to secure the PD tripod and sleeve. Great job by the PD team as always.
