- A lot of improvements, just one caveatPeak Design is one of my favorite brands, I love their products, materials, philosophy and values. Their warranty is for real, I have had products replaced just because they were not perfect. I love my 5L sling bag, but it lacked some important things, like the dual zippers, the possibility of being compressed to fit into another bag, and the external straps to carry a tripod. I love all this enhancements, and the midnight blue color is gorgeous. The only aspect I don't like so much is how the new sling bag grew downwards, and the straps are so on top of the body, so it never stays too close to the body without rocking, with the previous version, which have the straps lower, you can even run and the bag stays flat to the body. Now it balances so much. Apart from this, the new version is awesome.
- Almost Perfect! - Great for everyday carry of Mirrorless systemI upgraded to this bag from the Version 1. I like the new sleek design much better, the old one felt a bit awkward especially when full. I also find the newly designed shoulder strap to be more comfortable over the older bag. The only thing that somewhat detracts for me is that I wish there were more external side pockets where I could fit small often used items like batteries and memory cards.
- Best sling bag ever usedOne of the best bag i have ever used. Internal space fits my mirrorless camera plus 70-300 lens plus pockets for memory card. Normally i use tab area for filters & powerbank. External zip area for keys & misc items. Overall loved it for quality look & stability.
- Almost PerfectI have a full size camera backpack that I use to store/haul all of my gear but wanted something smaller that would double as a purse type bag for walking around on vacation and everyday use when not wanting to use the big bag. I love the look and feel of the everyday sling. You can tell it is made well with high quality materials. However, the 6L isn't quite big enough for what I need but the 10L is too big for me for everyday use. I have a Canon 6d Mark ii with the 24-105 kit lens. The only way I can make it fit is to take the dividers out and put the camera in sideways. It isn't ideal for a quick grab and there is no room for an extra lens. It is a tight fit which doesn't allow for much more to go into the other pockets without creating major bulge and defeating the purpose for me using it more as a compact bag. If it were just a couple of inches bigger each way I think it would make a huge difference. If it weren't for the cost I probably would've purchased the 10L as well just to have that as an additonal option. However, I do believe the bag is worth the price tag. I'm hoping Peak Design will make one that is slightly larger to accommodate this popular camera/lens configuration without adding too much bulk.
