Manual focus wide-angle prime lens made for Rolleiflex 6000-system medium format film SLR cameras by Carl Zeiss. Gives 89° diagonal angle of view. Metal body in black finish.

This is an amazing landscape lens and is considered ultra wide. The 40mm F/4 is a very sharp lens with a wide range of focus. It does close focus pretty well for its size and normal use.
