Overview

The newly developed 33MP Exmor R CMOS sensor pairs with the BIONZ XR processor from the Alpha 1 to achieve quick shooting up to 10 fps and 4K 60p video recording, along with broad sensitivity up to ISO 51200 and a wide 15+ stop dynamic range. Beyond image quality, the sensor and processor also contribute to an advanced AI-based AF system that supports Real-time Eye AF and Real-time Tracking for intuitive AF control and subject tracking.

This fourth-generation of the a7 camera also sports an updated body design that houses a higher resolution 3.68m-dot EVF, vari-angle touchscreen LCD, and dual memory card slots, including one dual CFexpress Type A/SD UHS-II slot. Connectivity and streaming are also a key attribute of this camera, and it supports a simple plug-and-play design for live streaming directly from the camera when connected to a computer via USB.

Awesome camera!
Splendid camera with very sharp capabilities. It's a very powerful hybrid camera so good for videos as well, as long as the right lens is on which enables super fast auto focus capability. It is a heavy camera so I recommend a very good strap or cuff to help with the weight a bit

Second body, perfect for portraiture work (and your pets)
Eye AF is the major selling point and it absolutely makes my job as a freelance portrait photographer easier. Pretty much pays for itself in one or two photoshoots. This is the second A7 IV body we have, we traded our old A7 III and A7R III setup for 2 A7 IV setup and it has been night and day difference in AF performance.

Image quality is also quite good for a fairly high-resolution sensor.

Things I don't like so much is the super low res EVF and fairly low res rear view LCD screen. Also, the flip mechanism is not good for still work. Battery life also decreased compared to A7 III and A7R III due to more powerful processor.

Excellent
I am a hobbyist who primarily wants to photograph kids/family. The problem is that I am addicted to bokeh... ...so I love wide-open aperatures, the longest focal length for the shot, etc... and really want quality eye-autofocus. I have wanted to upgrade from a crop-sensor DSLR + 50mm prime that I can push to the max, but have long resisted the cost of what would be a real upgrade: pro-level full-frame plus quality glass. Finally jumped in the deep end and love it. Went for Sony over Cannon because of 3rd party lenses; and Sony has finally fixed their colors. Love Nikon colors and handling, but would have needed to wait a few more years for decent 3rd party lens selection.

The Real Deal
I love this camera. It feels like a tank (in a good way). The weight and components are all very sturdy and the improved grip is amazing. I love the new accessory doors, too. Most importantly: the image quality. I am obsessed with how sharp every image I take is. I have never taken better pictures than with this camera!

This camera is a awesome
The Sony A7 IV may be the best camera on the market for hybrid professionals today. The bag that comes in this kit it great and medium size, sd card works really well, the battery of the kit is not original.

More than satisfied
It was a great experience to buy this product, everything was so clear. Regarding the extra gift, usually the extra items are not so good quality when i bought from another store that sometimes i even necer use, but this are so good.
