This remote control can be used for adjusting certain camera settings and releasing the camera's shutter and recording. The sleek commander incorporates buttons for adjusting focus, shutter releasing, recording, and power/digital zoom functions and has two assignable buttons—AF-ON and C1—that mirror the set functions of the same-named buttons on the camera body. A lock switch prevents accidental settings changes when the remote is not in use.

Remote the camera for pictures and video shooting

With separate "shutter-release button" and "REC (record) button, you can shooting pictures and videos wirelessly and freely.

Zoom Control

Slide the side switch of the remote control for Zoom/focus to zoom, press "+" for wide angle, "-" for telephoto, which is very useful for shooting videos to anti-shake

Easy Setup
This is by far the easiest remote to setup and to use. The wrist band makes it very nice to hang onto while making any camera adjustments. Distance has not been a problem and the device works as advertised. It is plastic but can withstand normal drops.
