Overview

Standard Plate is the camera tripod plate that comes with Capture, Travel Tripod, and Clutch camera strap. If you plan to use our clips, tripods, or straps with multiple cameras, we recommend getting a Standard Plate for each camera body. Works with most ARCA-type tripods (including ours), fits in Capture in 4 directions, and contains 4 loops for connecting Peak Design Anchors. Newly upgraded with a durable machined/anodized construction and a 50% lower profile design. New connection screw slot allows more positioning options, preventing interference with lenses, screens, and battery compartments.

Perfect solution for my Canon M50
I was looking for a tripod plate that wouldn't block my Canon M50 battery door and would also allow me to attach my strap attachment ooints. This solves both problems. This plate works perfectly with my vanguard tripod and peak design strap attachment points. It allows plenty of room for the battery door to open and still balances well on the plate with a small lense.

Well Built
Purchased another plate for a second camera I have. Fit and finish are superb and it doesn't add much bulk to your setup. Just screw it in and forget about it. Great extra if you only have one bag that a clip is on but multiple cameras you want to take along. Also provides extra places to add a strap which is nice.

Extremely useful
Amazing little thing if you use a tripod often. I love having access to both my tripod and leash when I need it. Great purchase!

the plate is perfect for manfrotto ballhead
I have the plate always on my Fujifilm X-s10 and either is the leash attached or I disconnect the leash and put the camera on my tripod.

Excellent Add-On to my "Slide" strap
I purchased this baseplate for the loops that it has, enabling me to attach my "Slide" strap to the bottom of the camera and wear it sling-style. It's a very well-built baseplate, and works with my tripod and monopod beautifully. It's also got a lower profile than my previous plate, so a win on all counts.

Fit Improvement
I lost my old plate so I bought this as a replacement. It fits my older clip, but it's not very tightly secured and there is some play. The clip also doesn't fit the bottom mount of my camera so I have to attach it to the lens mount.
