- My everyday commute bagHave used my bag commute everyday. Almost no tear or wear on the materials. Got a broken zipper after three years. The lifetime warranty gave me a brand new bag. Earlier I wored out one bag a year. Best bag ever - best customer support ever!
- Best bag for work, travel, and outdoor useI use the messenger bag everyday for work, with a laptop, tablet, and everything else I need for the day. It all fits, with no bulk, and with easy strap adjustment. When I'm travelling, it expands to handle more stuff, with lots of pockets and slots perfectly situated for things like passports and chargers. It's also the best bag to travel with outdoors, easily and safely handling enough camera equipment and electronics to get me through the day. Best bag ever - I was so lucky to receive it as a gift from my kids!
- Not a step forward?I got this to replace my V1 15 Messenger. There are features of the V1 I like better: Outside access to both laptop pocket and incidentals pocket (great place for passport, etc.). On this one you need to open the whole thing for access to almost anything. Still a nice bag, but I'm a little disappointed. Wish I hadn't sold my V1.
- Worth the money, seriously!!!I am not a photographer but I LOVE this bag. I have used the bag for over 2 years and I am not gentle. I love being able to shift the inside storage dividers around the inside to get everything to fit well. I have purchased several bags and backpacks and I either break them or after using them... can’t stand them. I bought this because I thought I could return if I hated it... but now I am recommending them like crazy to my family and friends I watched the YouTube videos on all the features and it really helped me use the bag to its fullest.
- Almost perfect!I was in love with V1 so after some years of use, when V2 came out, I bought it immediately! I found it absolutely superior to the already great previous version, but I got an issue on long walks when carrying quite heavy gear in it. In that case the bag material, it was kind of sand brushing sometime the fabric of the clothes, in the area of contact. A smoother and less abrasive material there, could be the right improvement indeed, to gain the five stars, if you would ask to me.
