- Incredible backpack, outstanding customer serviceThis backpack is the most versatile backpack I have ever owned. I originally purchased it to use as a camera bag but have found that it is the best everyday backpack I have ever had - I use it for work, travel, and also photography. For an organizational freak like me, the amount of compartments and pockets are a dream come true, every item has it's own place in the bag; making it extremely easy to find everything. The side zippers are one of my favorite features - on airplanes and tight spaces you can access the interior from virtually any any rotation of the bag. Hands down best backpack I have ever owned and am now a fan of PD for life. Peak Design's customer service deserves a huge shoutout as well. After 2 years of owning the everyday bag, one of my zippers became misaligned, making it tough to properly zip the backpack. I went into a Peak Design store and within 5 minutes I was provided with a replacement. The store employees were extremely friendly and happy to help. Probably the easiest, most hassle free, and best warranty replacement experiences I have ever had. 5 stars for Peak Design, you guys rock!
- Great Camera BagSimply loved the navy color which is available for this new bag design! The features were also enhanced with much better straps that can provide better support as compared to V1. Loved the thought process the designers have to habe the magnetic mechanism for the straps and bag front. However, i feel that the delivery of the bag could be improved in terms of packaging (it was just packed into a big envelope without additional cushioning or support or box and there are some slight scratches noted on the bag received), and the courier service they engaged to deliver to SG should be changed (the courier would just deliver the bag to their HQ instead of leaving the item at our suggested location when nobody was at home during the point of delivery. The hassle to specially make a trip down to HQ to queue and retrieve the parcel defeats the purpose of calling this a courier service).
- Love this bagI did a lot of planning before buying this bag and it was well worth it; I love the functionality and design of this bag. I look forward to buying more peak design products in the future.
- The Best Bag Yet...I hate writing reviews but this is the best backpack for camera gear that I have found. Having multiple cameras I bought over half a dozen backpacks and none are as good as the Peak Design one. I have the smaller pack which fits my camera with lens, flash, additional battery, an extra lens and a Magmod bulb... plus a few other nik-naks... If yu can afford it, as it is a bit pricey, go for it...
- Better than the first versionWoW love my 30 l bag the blue is very nice and the new zipper are super effective. The space for this bag is unbelievable. I own a canon 1dx mark II plus à 70-200 and three other lens and it all fits in it with my 15 inch laptop and it’s light. I couldn’t ask for a better bag .
